How to redeem
Prize Voucher simplifies the process of redeeming a voucher. It only takes a few minutes to redeem your voucher – simply click on the Redeem menu in the top right hand corner of our homepage . Please ensure that you redeem your voucher before the expiry date indicated on the bottom right hand corner of your voucher. Redeeming your voucher via our Redeem menu is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

Complete online form Simply complete the Redeem form listed on our Redeem menu, by entering your details and your unique voucher number. Voucher numbers and order numbers are located on the bottom right hand corner of your Prize Voucher. Please ensure that you redeem your voucher before the expiry date indicated on the bottom right hand side of your voucher. |

Receive automated email Once you have submitted your details on the Redeem form (on our Redeem menu) an email will automatically be sent to you with the necessary details to assist you with your booking. Follow the step by step instructions in this email. |

Present voucher Present your voucher on arrival at the supplier to claim your prize. Go on, spoil yourself… you deserve it! |
At Prize Voucher we offer two types of vouchers namely the Variety Voucher and Premium Voucher. This is printed on your voucher.
If you have a Variety Voucher you can select your prize on offer from up to 500 suppliers based nationwide and listed in our online Catalogue. You first need to redeem your Variety Voucher via our Redeem menu. After following the instructions and browsing our Catalogue, you can then book directly with the supplier.
The Premium Voucher includes only one product offered by one supplier. Once you redeem your voucher via our Redeem menu, you will receive an email requesting a date suitable to you for your booking. Prize Voucher then does the booking for you and sends you confirmation thereof.
